- Has to write this letter by candlelight, as the post goes out tomorrow and did not write last week. Peter visited Bedford and also saw his uncle, (Frederick Jay) in Rye. Peter Munro has had a severe attack of rheumatism. If William's eyes continue weak, tell him to bathe them in cold water.
