Abstract:
Has purchased five lots from the Corporation and lists prices. Three-fourths of these belong to John Jay, the other to Peter Jay Munro. Family news. The proprietors of the furnace lots have met and divided them, Judge Talmadge acting for Gov. Clinton. Lists the payments charged to John Jay in his own accounts, and mentions other personal business matters. Mr. Storms will try to purchase the land behind Jay's lots in order to fulfill the agreement for widening Stone Street.
