Abstract
Pamphlet containing his correspondence with Littlepage was encouraged and stimulated by subjects of America's "good allies". Jay knows he is unpopular with foreign courts because of his steadfast attachment to the interests of the U.S.. For posterity's sake, he is preparing another edition of that pamphlet, and will send a copy to Adams and Jefferson.
