- Abstract
- Will "take a jaunt" with Mr. Ingles to Philadelphia within a few days provided that his horse is well and that the Stamp Act is not repealed in the meantime. Asks Jay to send his horse, but only if the animal is fully recovered. After the repeal of the Stamp Act they may look forward to a "Luxuriant Harvest of Law" after the "Long Famine".
