- Abstract
- Sorry not to see Jay at Paris. Would have given him introductions to some important people. Spain is honest and fair and does not resort to intrigue. Jay should keep his negotiations secret. The House of Gardoqui deserves Jay's confidence. The prize cases sent into Spain ports have not been settled.
