Title
Document, 1775 July 28
Abstract
A letter concerning some causes which Morris has pending, and which he is ready to notice for trial, except that this would be an unfair advantage over Jay, who is absent on public business. Asks that Jay not later raise an objection of untimely notice. Because of the unquiet times he doubts the causes will come to trial anyway.
