Abstract
Asks John Jay to come to Peekskill headquarters because there is news of the utmost importance to communicate. General Sullivan who has just come from Washington in Jersey has brought information which cannot be committed to paper. Since Jay is to come to Kingston soon McDougall asks him to stop in Peekskill.
