Abstract
Adjustment of New York's delegation in Continental Congress; difficulties often forcing Provincial Congress' control in Queens County. Let neighboring New England look toward moving against Queens, and retaining Nassau and Suffolk in obedience to Congress. British are rumored to be trying to provision Boston from Queens County, and some inhabitants of Queens seem determined to convince the British to move their forces at Boston to Queens County. Suggestions on the construction and equipment of ships to be used in the service of Congress.
