- Abstract
- Autograph Letter Signed "Private." Morris is sending Major Franks to Europe. It is said that a fleet was coming into Chesapeake Bay, but it is not known yet who they are. Only wild rumors have arrived concerning a battle between the fleets in the West Indies. Has received the 2 casks of wine and fifteen bushels of salt.
