Morris intended to take Jay into partnership concerning some acres along the New Jersey land, but was constrained in doing so because he learned Jay was interested in the conflicting Checquake grant because of the Estate of Anne Chambers. Offers Jay one half of land granted to him [Morris]. If Jay wants more details talk to John Delancey.
