- Abstract
- His son's education at New York is for the purpose of training the young man in morals as well as in Latin. For this reason he is anxious to have the young man reside with Dr. Johnston. If this cannot be, he asks Jay's assistance in placing the boy. It seems that it will take a while to establish an efficient national government, but significant progress has been made in the adoption of the new gov ernment.
