Abstract
Will not be able to go to the Pardo because he had an attack of colic during the night. Also, since it is the day of the besa-manos (hand kissing ceremony at the Court) and a holiday as well he can find neither a carriage nor a mule to carry him to the palace. Even if he could go he would not be able to see the persons in question on business. Gavarra said he received the extract of Governor. Livin gston's letter to John Jay and will insert it in tonight's paper without the names.
