Abstract
Encloses some bills of exchange for acceptance by Jay and notes that so far Mr. Cabarrus has paid out only $3,000 on bills due in 60 days, which is only half the sum placed in his hands by Jay. The $5,000 Jay has deemed necessary to draw, which includes their salaries for a six-month period, will not be sufficient, fo r one cannot live on credit in Spain.
