- Abstract
- Has seen plan for monument to Revolution; it is a good one, and Congressional approval should be obtained. The artist should be encouraged to undertake it himself although no appropriation of funds should be made until the Indian war is settled. Once the Congress approves the project, additional funds may be raised by private subscription. It will be an excellent way to do honor to the President du ring his life time.
