- Abstract
- Has not heard from Jay in regard to his letter respecting his estate in America. Has therefore decided that Van Alen should pay the charges upon the land. Is about to proceed on an embassy which will keep him out of England for two years, and Van Alen is instructed to communicate with his solicitor in London during that period. Thanks Van Schaack for his letter; would welcome any observation she might think proper to communicate.
