- Abstract
- Copy in Jay's hand. Enclosure: Floridablanca to Jay, 24 March, document 4012. Del Campo is arranging the clothing for America, but it will be impossible to take care of the other bills Jay mentioned. The pledge of three million will, however, be complied with by paying the remaining balance after deducting the several sums already delivered to Jay. No plan at present can be offered on masts and timber.
