- Abstract
- The committees of Orange, Ulster and Dutchess counties to meet the next day to choose the men for the high offices of government for the state of New York. General Schuyler recommended for Governor and General George Clinton for Lieutant Governor. These men adequate to the great tasks ahead. Our Constitution does honor to the state and is universally approved.
