- Spain does not intend to stop assisting America but can provide no money from Europe as Spain has received no supply from America this year. Spain has a right to be disgusted with America for drawing bills before asking the permission of Spain but she will offer America $150,000 over three year period and some clothes if the U.S. will agree to some re compense.
