- Abstract
- John Jay has bought a lot from the executors of the will of William Reynolds and has resold it to Arnold Dickenson. The validity of the will is now in question. Should it be declared null and void, Jay agrees to prosecute the executors for the amount paid, and, if received, to refund to Dickenson his purchase price.
