John Adams now in Holland. De Neufville wants to aid America as much as possible. The latest actions of Spain have alarmed the trade of Holland. A new circulation of paper money payable in a year with interest. This paper may have some influence on the bills drawn on Jay which De Neufville must consider as hard money. Happy over the success in taking the English convoy.
