- Abstract
- Wilson and Lewis write as attorneys in behalf of the claimants of the sloop "Active." Pennsylvania Admiralty Court decision against their clients has been reversed by Court of Appeals. Pennsylvania body refuses to heed this decision. Congress has postponed consideration of case. As Pennsylvania Legislature now in session, ask that Congress resume deli berations on case so that it may be brought to a speedy conclusion.
