- Typescript made from microfilm copy. Schweigerhauser sends Laurens copies of his letter to Jay of 10 February and Jay's reply of March 5. Both letters relate to Schweigerhauser's efforts to receive payment for bills of exchange from Admiralty Board. Jay writes that Laurens's signature required before the bill can be honored.
