- Abstract
- Short is sending the one gold medal and the twenty three bronze medals of General Greene with Mr. Walton of New York. The medals of General Gates should be ready in time to be sent on the May packet. Short encloses the speech of the King and that of the Comptroller General at the opening of the Assembly, as well as a letter from Dumas.
