Abstract
Certifies as Clerk of the Commissioners for determining the boundary between New York and New Jersey, that the proceedings of the Commission contained in the book being sent are complete and true. Also certifies that all but one of the maps given to him by the Commissioners were entrusted to be signed by Gerardus Bancker who swore that the maps includ ed with the proceedings are true copies of the maps given in evidence. The agents for both provinces agreed that it was not necessary to include the map used to show the number of miles in a degree at the time of the original royal grants. In Jay's hand.
