Abstract
John Stevens, Walter Rutherfurd, and Henry Cuyler, Agents on the part of New Jersey, ask that the commission transmit to the King in Privy Council their appeal of the determination of the commissioners which fixes the boundary of New Jersey on the Delaware at the junction of the Mackhackamack with the Delaware of Fish Kill in the latitude of 41 degree s 21' 37." The agents declare that they do not wish to appeal the other part of the commissioners determination, which fixes the boundary between New York and Jew Jersey in the latitude of 41 degrees at a marked rock on the west side of the Hudson River 79 chains and 27 links south of Sneyden's House.
