Title
Document, 1769 December 09
Abstract
At the adjournment of the last meeting of the commissioners in New York on 7 October 1769, the agents of New Jersey deferred their appeal because the commission would not receive it until after an adjournment of at least two months. They would now like to present their appeal, and hope that the absence of one of the New Jersey agents will not cause it or any other part of the proceedings to be regarded as a nullity.
