Abstract
The agents on the part of New York think the determination of the commissioners appointed to settle the boundary between New York and New Jersey highly prejudicial both to the interests of the Crown and to a great number of persons holding lands by patents under the New York Government. They therefore appeal to the King in privy council the whole dete rmination of the Commissioners. Signed by John Cruger, Frederick Philips, John Morin Scott, Benjamin Kissam, and William Bayard, Agents for the Colony of New York. An additional note, signed by John Morin Scott, indicates that the appeal to the King in Council was entered in the minutes before adjournment on 7 October 1769.
