Abstract
The royal commissioners for settling the boundary between New York and New Jersey certify that the agents for New York and New Jersey attended meetings and offered appeals from the determinations of the court to his Majesty in privy council. Not being sufficient in number to constitute a court, the commissioners ordered the appeals lodged with the cle rk. Signed by Andrew Elliot, Andrew Oliver, Charles Morris, and Jared Ingersoll. In Jay's hand.
