- The people of New York appoint Moncrief Livingston Coroner of Columbia County for one year, beginning on 9 April 1800. Witnessed and signed by John Jay as Governor of New York, General and Commander-in-Chief of the Militia and Admiral of the Navy of New York, by and with the advice and consent of the Council of Appointments. Signed on verso by Daniel Hale, Secretary.
