Negotiations begun by Mr de Rayneval and others failed in Nijmegin, where they refuse all beneficial things. The states of Holland will meet on the 10th. They were informed what had happened. The crisis seems to be in its last stages. Mr. de Rayneval will probably only wait for the return of the last courier sent to Versailles to return there.
