- Abstract
- Letterbook copy. Acknowledges receipt at Morristown of John Jay's letter which he forwarded to their mother. Thanks Sarah Jay for the invitation to visit Philadelphia; since the Assembly's adjournment enemy activity in New Jersey has prevented it to date. He will set out for Philadelphia on July 21 if nothing unexpected intervenes. Sends compliments to Miralles.
