Abstract
Though the clerks of the Secretary's office have no right to demand fees, PJ would not be adverse to paying them about 3 dollars. However Jay is not to pay more than certain specified fees for his father's charter. Wishes to suspend judgment at the Parson's proceedings at Hempstead, although it appears that there will be no reason to regret his succeeding there.
