Abstract
Montmorin saw Floridablanca who had not yet received Jay's letter. Montmorin filled him in on Jay's critical situation and Floridablanca said Jay might accept bills to $50,000 if Cabarrus would wait 10 or 12 mons. for reimbursement. Jay can use this note as security.
