Abstract:
Agrees that peace treaty must be observed if future relations between Britain and United States are to be amicable. However wars leave behind them harsh feelings. Notes evidence in New York that the hard feelings are beginning to disappear. A little more good nature on the part of Britain would produce good effects. Suggests free commerce between Britain and United States as a means toward close international ties.
