Abstract
Before giving an answer to the bills they sent to him this morning, Jay must send notice of their arrival to Aranjuez. He will send an express courier immediately and will give Mssrs. Joyce an answer on his return. The six months allowed for their payment shall be computed from today and not from the day on which he may accept them.
