Summary:
Their bills drawn on him, now in the hands of Queneau and Co., have been presented for acceptance. As arrangements were not completed, he found it necessary to ask for a delay, which Queneau were gracious enough to for bear insisting on an acceptance. Writes to ask De Neufville's consent to this forbearance.
