- Abstract
- All muskets have been shipped; more are available at the same terms. Details concerning France's reverses in Italy. It is rumored that Prussia has made separate terms with France concerning Holland. France may soon treat for peace under threat of an invasion from three sides, but she may soon disintegrate into civil war. French claim they attack only armed American ships - their suggestion amounts to America calling away the dogs so that the defenseless flock of transports may be easy prey.
