Abstract
Thanks him for the address; feebleness prevents his bestowing due attention on its various topics. Mentions the mistake on the address of Congress to the people of Great Britain. There were two such addresses, one written by him in 1774, the other by Robert R. Livingston in 1775; the latter is the one to which Daveis alludes.
