- Abstract
- Regrets the occurrences that prevented her letter from being delivered by the gentlemen mentioned in it. Many alterations have taken place in America since she left it. Mrs. Jay has been dead for many years, and he has resided at Bedford since 1801. Though his health is declining he has great reason to be content and thankful.
