Abstract
The cause of the Gore will be heard in the United States Circuit Court at Hartford, Connecticut. The State has agreed to accept Hamilton as counsel, even though his terms are rather high. New York also wishes to have the benefit of Burr's appearance - would he be willing to appear on the same terms fixed with Hamilton?
