- Abstract
- Jay's draft of a letter from the New York delegation to the Provincial Congress. Review of credentials reveals that their appointments have no time limit. Suggest this be reviewed. Have also learned that the legislature is considering their pay. "As we presume an account of the Provision made by the other Colonies" would be helpful, Jay lists allowances for eleven of the twelve other delegations to the Continental Congress.
