- Abstract
- Letter of introduction of Mr. Richard Penn, whom he hopes Morris will receive graciously and with delicacy. The family does not seem to have offended against the American cause, and while Jay is not a Pennsylvanian, he hopes that Pennsylvania will make such a settlement with the Penn family that the family will have no cause for complaint.
