- Abstract
- Encloses a new letter of attorney from his brother, Peter. If the executors will not be satisfied, Van Schaack should commence an action in London against the executors and prosecute it without being delayed by anything they may say or do. Van Schaack will receive a new letter of attorney from John Jay's sister, Ann when she is well. State legislature is meeting, and Jay will "remember" Van Schaack 's interests.
