Abstract
Submits the controversy to the decision of the royal commission, agrees to pay half the expense of managing the controversy. Also appoints John Stevens, James Parker, Henry Cuyler, Jr., William Donaldson and Walter Rutherfurd or their survivors agents to manage the controversy on the part of New Jersey. Also empowers them to expend money from the New Jersey treasury to defray expenses. Assented to by the Governor.
