- Abstract
- Execution of process in the town of Livingston has been opposed by the residents. He knows of one instance in which he served a writ of possession and the occupant was dispossessed, only to have Livingston's tenant forcibly ejected from the premises. Many of his deputies have resigned their appointments, and state that they cannot protect the rights of the Livingston family.
