- Abstract
- The council and Major Anthony Brockols, Major Stephanus Van Cortland, Major Fredryck Flypsen, Colonel Nicholas Bayard being present, the governor orders that a messenger be sent to Minisink to order the inhabitants to send their young men to Albany to join the six Nations against the French. Also orders that all sheriffs of the Province of New York command young Indians to Albany also. Certified a true copy of the record in the New York Secretary's Office, Lib. Minutes of the Council 1686/1688 by Goldsbrow Banyar. Entered before the Commission to Settle the Boundary between New York and New Jersey 10 August 1769.
