Grants and confirms 1200 acres of land purchased from the Indians at Waghaghkemeck to Jacob Codbec, Thomas Swartwout, Anthony Swartwout, Bernardus Swartwout, Jan Tys, Peter Ginar and David Jamison for an annual rent of twenty shillings for seven years, and thereafter for an annual rent of forty shillings. Certified a true copy of the record in Lib. Patents in the New York Secretary's Office by Goldsbrow Banyar. Entered before the Commission to Settle the Boundary between New York and New Jersey [ca. 4 August 1769].
