- Confirms sale of all land in East Jersey to James, Earl of Perth, John Drummond, Robert Barclay, David Barclay, Robert Gordon, Arent Senmans, William Penn, Robert West, Thomas Rudyerd, Samuel Groom, Thomas Hart, Richard Mew, Ambrose Rigg, Thomas Cooper, Gawen Lawry, Edward Bylling, James Braine, William Gibson, John Heywood, Hugh Hartshorne, Clement Plumstead, Thomas Barker, Robert Turner, and Thom as Warne, proprietors, for a yearly rent of ten nobles of lawful English money. Certified a true copy from the Public Records of the Province of New Jersey, Book A, by Bowes Reed and John Thomson. Exhibit 14 B, entered before the Commission to Settle the Boundary between New York and New Jersey 1 August 1769.
