- Abstract
- Grant confirms of part of the land called New Casarea, originally given by Charles II to James Duke of York, & in 1664 given by him to John Lord Berkeley and Sir George Carteret at the yearly rent of twenty nobles sterling, and from thence passing to Edward Byllyng, William Penn, Gawen Lawry, Nicholas Lucas, John Edridge and Edmund Warner. Entered before the Commission to Settle the Boundary betwee n New York and New Jersey on 1 August 1769. Certified a true copy from Lib. M. of Deeds in the Secretary's Office, Burlington by Charles Pettit.
