- Abstract
- Personal business news. Thinks he ought to be charged with his proportion of the expenditures in the suit of Stagg against Mr. Munro and himself. Since Stagg did not finish work according to his contract with them, payment was refused. However, Jay has no desire to derive benefit from his labor without compensation, is willing to pay his share of the balance if less than the amount of the last paym ent.
